Adwiza Maintenance Agreement

The Adwiza software maintenance fee is an annual fee that ensures the ongoing maintenance as well as the legal access to the latest version of your Adwiza software and ensures the maintenance. For more information, please refer to the Adwiza Maintenance Agreement. (link)

Adwiza Support Agreement

As a supplementary agreement to the Adwiza Maintenance Agreement, Adwiza offers a voluntary support agreement, which offers you direct priority support from Adwiza specialists.

We appreciate and supports the great job our partners do to support Adwiza customers. If you have a support agreement with your current Adwiza partner, please continue this relationship. If you have the need for direct support from the Adwiza team, please contact us.

The annual Adwiza Support Agreement fee is 5% of the total value of your Adwiza software. The content and conditions are similar to the SuperOffice support agreement, which you probably have for your SuperOffice software today. You can find a sample copy of the agreement via this (link)

An Adwiza Support Agreement requires a valid Adwiza Maintenance Agreement.
