Amesto Solutions acquires the Danish CRM company Adwiza. The acquisition is no. 6th in CRM in 4 years and is part of an aggressive acquisition strategy to become a leader in ERP, CRM and HRM in Scandinavia.

Amesto Solutions has grown organically and made a number of acquisitions in recent years to consolidate its position within ERP, CRM and HRM in the Nordic countries. The latest addition is the Danish development and integration company Adwiza.

– Adwiza is a very exciting company that we have been watching for a while. The potential is big, but the management has struggled to exploit the potential and achieve sufficient profitability. For us Adwiza fits like a glove. It strengthens our already established commitment to integration and development and puts us on the map as a value-added reseller in all three countries, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. We have a strong belief in both employees, customers, products and services. Therefore, we join as new owner of the company as from 1st of July. It guarantees 100% continuity for employees, customers and partners. Adwiza has 11 employees and more than 400 customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, of which 190 are in Norway, 100 in Denmark and 60 in Sweden. 50 customers are spread across other countries. The company is an independent software vendor and offers a range of integrations from a number of business solutions into SuperOffice. Adwiza is one of the leading players in the development of software, system integrations and applications in Denmark.

– The acquisition means that we now have a complete and integrated ERP/CRM offering in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. We just need HRM in Sweden and Denmark to be where we should be. This means that we will drive hunt for good acquisition candidates in these markets in the future, says Kaasa.

For customers of Amesto Solutions the acquisition implies, that we can offer new and existing customers a much wider product range. Adwiza brings heavy integration knowledge against SuperOffice and ERP, integration of phone systems, online signature of documents, dashboard reporting, PDF converting, expanded design of SuperOffice and predesigned business solutions for SuperOffice and much more.

– Only a few of our Danish customers in Denmark uses SuperOffice today. This is a unique opportunity for cross-selling. In Sweden and Norway many of our customers already benefit from both ERP and CRM. The potential of this segment is the integration products that Adwiza supplies.
